Hey It’s Okay,
This post is inspired by Amber at Airing my Laundry. The idea of taking time to radically accept things (good and bad). Things that have happened this week or are coming up. Things you cannot really change now, so hey its okay.
1. Taking Cat #1 to the vet again and finding a new vet...
Cat #1 has had a hard go with the vets the past six months but we found a new vet in the city, who took the time to really examine her and learn about her habits. The vet has now changed up her routine, medications, and food. The cats are already happier, no more scheduled meals that everyone hated, myself and both cats included, and that they rebelled against (no more destroying the kitchen at midnight).
2. Beaver Badge Sorting: Finally last time for the 2018-2019 year...
Sometimes badges take along time to get here, sometimes I forget about them and loose them.. and sometimes there is just a lot to keep track of at once. Last night marked the final badge sorting of last year, and the Beavers will be getting their Tree planting badges from early June, and Climbing crests from late June!
Plus some of my summer crests came in the mail too.
3. Washed out the tie dye from two weeks ago...
It's never truly summer camp without a tie dye project, of course HeART camp also had to tie dye too; I forgot about mine. It has now been washed and is drying. Plus nothing in my house was stained in the process.
4. Weather is Cooling Down...
July and the beginning of August was super hot and humid. But now at least the weather is cooling down. Making sleeping so much nicer and easier. But it does mean I know longer know how to dress for this weather.
5. The Pusheen Hunt Continues On..
I am quite the avid Pusheen the Cat collector, follow blogs, Facebook, and Instagram. This is all exciting and fun but it also means I see things that get released in the US. and get super excited. But.. things do not get released in Canada at the same time, rate, or reason. So it means my hunt for the summer surprise boxes are an ongoing hunt with no luck thus far.
Instead I did find this one.. new, rare, and cute.
